Pleuroparenchymal fibroelastosis is a rare form of pulmonary fibrosis that can be either idiopathic or chemotherapeutic drug-induced. It is characterized by upper-lobe predominant fibrosis. Main symptoms may include dyspnea, chest pain, or a dry cough.
