Orofacial granulomatosis (OFG) is an uncommon inflammatory disorder that typically results in swelling of the lips, oral ulcers or lesions. OFG may resemble Crohn's Disease, but the exact relationship between OFG and Crohn's Disease is not fully known at this time.
