The urethra is the tube that connects the bladder to the genitals for the removal of fluids out of the body. Megalourethra (enlarged urethra) is a non obstructive urethral dilatation and abnormal development of spongy tissue (corpus spongiosum/corpus cavernosum) present at birth.
