Libman Sacks endocarditis is a type of heart valve disorder. It is the most common cardiac manifestation of lupus. It typically involves the mitral and aortic valves. Valvular abnormalities occur as masses or valvular regurgitation. Usually, it doesn't cause any symptoms noticeable by the patient.
