What is idiopathic erythrocytosis?
Idiopathic Erythrocytosis is characterized by an increased number of red blood cells without a known cause. It is diagnosed by exclusion of Polycythemia Vera and Secondary Polycythemia. Common complications may include slower blood flow and development of blood clots.
