What is colpocephaly?

Colpocephaly is a congenital brain condition where underdeveloped white matter before birth results in abnormally large occipital horns (the rear portion of the lateral cavities of the brain). It is characterized by an abnormally small head, mental retardation and movement disorders.

How do members experience colpocephaly?
