Ocella™ is a brand name for the combination of ethinyl estradiol and drospirenone, a contraceptive agent used to prevent pregnancy; to treat premenstrual dysphoric disorder and to treat acne. Off label it is used to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding and pain associated with endometriosis.
