What is Nightshade-free diet?

A nightshade-free diet is thought to help relieve arthritis pain and inflammation. The nightshade family includes the Datura or Jimson weed, mandrake, deadly nightshade or belladonna, capsicum (paprika, chili pepper), potato, tobacco, tomato, eggplant and petunia.
