Advice & Tips
Sticking/Committing to an exercise schedule is very difficult if you don't commit to it EVERYDAY. I am now trying a personal trainer so I HAVE to go even if I don't want to because of the severity of my depression. I also feel like I didn't know really what I was doing in the gym. I need the accountability to make sure I always go no matter how crappy I feel.
