What is Milnacipran?

Milnacipran is a serotonin/norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) antidepressant. It is used in the treatment of depression and has demonstrated significant improvements in multiple aspects of fibromyalgia, including pain, patient global assessment and physical function.
