I've just begun this exercise and expect to work up to 45 minutes 5 days a week. I'm doing this because I understand that the Cleveland Clinic is doing research on bicycle riding as a means to reduce PD symptoms.

after a session on this spinning bike, I walk as though I had no Parkinson's at all. The effects last for most of the day. I am gradually working up to doing it for an hour a day five days a week because it feels so good.
