Parkisons gave me the motivation, Karate, Kick boxing, Kung Fu, Lifestyles Gym, multi disciplines - yoga, skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, and similar, Nautilus, Oh Boy....a stripper pole in my rec room. , on bed body movements by physical therapist, Pilates, Range of Motion Exercises, Running, Silver Sneakers Program, Sit and Be Fit, Spinning, Stationary Bicycle, Stationary bicycle/aerobics, Stretching, Stretchs/weights/treadmill/bicycle, Swimming, Swimming and Light Calisthenics, Swimming/work with trainer, T-Tapp, Tai Chi, Tai Chi Chi Kung, Tennis, Total Gym and Treadmill, Treadmill, Tree-climbing, splitting and stacking firewood, Walking, walking a minimum of 1 mile per day up to four miles if I have the energy . hand weights moving with music,a waltz tempo is good for loosening muscles . folk dancing 3 hrs per week a good social activity, Walking and Bicycle, Walking and Resistence Tube Training, Walking and stationary bicycle, Walking Indoors, Walking, yoga and aerobics, Water Aerobics, Weight training
