Advice & Tips
I find Dihydracodine really helpful for my pain alhtough it doesnt always RID me of my pain it really reduces the amount of pain that I am in to a comfortable level. The only thing that I dont like about it is that it can cause constipation but I try to eat as much fibre as possible to counteract the effects of the codine in my system and this seems to help more than hinder. I have been on these for many years and there efficiency has never changed.
