What is Five Element Acupuncture?
Five Element Acupuncture was introduced to the West by Englishman J.R. Worsley in the mid-20th century. The five elements to this form of acupuncture correspond to five "seasons" observed in nature: fall, winter, spring, summer, and Indian summer.
