Advice & Tips
Dietician was incredibly helpful for Anorexia and re-learning how to eat, and what to eat. However not so helpful when Bulimic tendencies surfaced and over past few years fluctuation between the 2 disorders has seen little overall improvement so she suggested I be discharged as I was not making any improvement.

Advice & Tips
Helps me set my mind straight in terms of healthy balanced meal plans and how to manage practically with ED behavior. Sometimes very difficult to take advice when it goes against habit but has been overall beneficial.
