Advice & Tips
I tend to take showers unless I am experiencing a lot of pain or I can't sleep. The hot baths not only help to relieve some of the pain, even if it is just for the time I am in the bath, but is also my time for some self-care or me time which is important with the kind of work that I do as well. I tend to bring a book with me and will read at least 3-4 chapters. Reading is relaxing to me and reading in a hot bath is even better. I find it hard to find times to read now days, so this helps me to get back in the habit.
