Advice & Tips: I thought probiotics would help with my digestion, still waiting for that improvement. However, I have not needed an allergy pill since the day after my first dose. My allergies have always been extreme and consistent, since I was a small child! I have never been able to even be late with a dose without being completely sick and unable to function.
