Advice/Tips
I believe it's been proven effective in 3-4 clinical trials in slowing down the effcts of PD. Not conclusive enough by government's short sighted views. I don't want to get too political here , but we have been deprived of eight years of research by our last governing body. At that time I was strongly advised to take the 1200 mg. of Co-Q10.. My doctor is pretty encouraged by my relatively slow progression. But the clock is ticking.

Advice/Tips
After finding a more affordable CoQ10 supplement sold by Costco, I am back to taking 1200 mg most days. I do feel it gives me more energy - but I also take 5 - 10 mg of creatine most days and I exercise regularly . . . As for my PD, I cannot say what effect if any it has on my progression.
