yesterday, migraine. Today good. Use internet gaming and it helps keep me connected and my mind active as my body declines. Legs are very hard to walk now but still can. Standing up is the hardest and taking those steps. both arms and legs will give split second drop or loss of control and then get it back. Every day of independence is precious!!

I stopped doing daily entries because they are all the same theme. I have a headache and how bad it is. By now, everyone gets the picture. I always have a headache. constipation has become more of an issue lately. I have had bowel problems since about age 12. Took miralax last night for soft impaction. Just don't have the strength to push. Woke up this morning and as soon as I moved BM started just pouring out. Had to call aide to help me clean up. Hope it was just the miralax and not start of incontinence. It will come soon enough, but please, not today!!

nurse has been giving me headache medicine when I wake up . It helps so much . I took them at home and this proves that prevention is better then after the fact .

My roommate is not sleeping an it is affecting me. If she can't sleep neither do I. The last two nights they have had to take her out of the room so I can rest. How can she still be awake wit at least 48 or more hours since sleeping. I feel so bad for her. Because she is mute and mentally challanged, she can't tell anyone what is wrong. Hope they find out soon. She is such a gentile, loving child.

My nephew was burrowed this weekend and I couldn't go. He was the age of my oldest boy, 45 and had a fatal heart attack. I remember this wonderful, tough little boy. Loved to ride horses and rodeo. He and his brother grew up rodeoing. His big bro rode broncs but Kerry rode bulls. He followed the rodeos all his life. He was tough, tender, loyal, wild, untamed, hurt by life and lost, wanting to give up the rodeo circuit but it was in his blood and he knew nothing else. I grieve for his mom and dad and his two brothers. Kerry they will always love and miss you as will the rest of us.

Saw lung doc today and good report. I feel so much better this week after being on antibiotics. Now, will come the gradual downhill slide as infection builds up again and finally spills over and the antibiotics. Know the cycle so well. Even fibro pain has decreased this week.

So far, it is a good day. Yesterday, my 45 year old nephew passed away suddenly. All of our days are numbered and so we need to chose Jesus as our Savior now and live each day for him as though it is our last. Kerry was my oldest son's age. Death is so close to us all. May God take him home and bring comfort to his family.
