I ran out of my seizure meds on Thursday of last week and my father didn't renew my health insurance. I have been having seizures since Saturday and my body is in pain and exhausted from it. My head pounds even when I'm laying down. I can't even focus on school right now. This is horrible.

I feel rested and my pain level isn't out of control today. I've also realized I live daily with massive anxiety which adds to my discomfort so I will address that with my doc next week. Yesterday and today I've been good and felt a little more in control physically and mentally.

My hands are wrecked from arthritis symptoms all the way through to my wrists. I went for a walk on Sunday and then my bf took us to the batting cage, then I started classes after a long break yesterday so I had to walk the campus so ever muscle in my body is screaming at me. I skipped my day classes and it's the beginning of the quarter. Not how I wanted to start things, it always turns into a cycle of me skipping class and falling behind because of pain. I WILL GO TO MY NIGHT CLASS! Affirmation is the key.

Thank you, I'm in the process right now of trying to paint a picture for my loved ones of what it really is to deal with this rather than just all the biology because it can hurt the most when the ones who have been through it every step of the way can still be insensitive at times because they only see the outward effect.
Sometimes the pain is the only thing my brain can focus on & if I have to hear one more "focus & meditate" mantra when my body is splitting in two imma go nuts!
