Physically, ok . But emotionally depressed ! Just too much crap going on ! I need a vacation !! Also pretty tired today.

Went to doc. today , got on meds. , some OTC I was already taking . Helped out a friend tonight, so I was able to spend some time w/ her as well. Which helps my mood !

Felt sick most of my teens . It wasn't until I was in my 20's that I saw a brochure in a Chiropr. office about fibro. . I then went to a Rheuma. & got diagnosed.

I don't know that it really is lower . I think I have lived w/ these problems for soo long that I don't always take notice or remember that I've had them or to what degree they've bothered me !
