I love helping others, those who may need to talk/vent regarding being chroically ill etc. I have two grown children (young adults) that fortunately have been very supportive along my journey of living the best life I can through my disease(s). I hope to help someone and maybe several others by listening and suggesting ways/meds to help them feel better. I have a good sense of humor and look forward to meeting new friends here. 
I have been in what I call a "fibro flare" for several days. Basically in bed more then not. Exhaustion, severe pain, brain fog, etc... Feeling depressed past several more so then usualy typically do this when I have been in a flare for over 6 days. I continue to do my best and remain as positive as possitble. God Bless!

This is a new med for me. My Doc switched me to Zoloft after weening me off the Effexor. I hope it soon begins to help with my depression! I realize it isn't a cure, however, I do need help tackling this part of the disease.

- My Doctor and I felt the Effexor was no longer working as perscribed. He switched me too Zolft which I began taking after whinning me off of the Effexor. I have been on Zoloft since June - so far I am not seeing much positive effects.
