Getting a lot more joint pain in hands, arms and legs. The fatigue is a daily problem and I'm having to ration my energy carefully. Social life is non-existent and I've had to cancel some of the kids' activities as I can't get the kids to them.

I'm an oddity. I'm under 40 and I'm a man! Just been diagnosed with Sjogren's and put on Plaquenil and Steroids. Trying to work out what adjustments I need to make at work and home to help me get through the fatigue and joint pains.
