No change emotionally or physically apart from the fact that my right shoulder is now suffering the same as my left one.

My right shoulder is in pain and feels to be the same problem as I am having with my left one. Attended a meeting yesterday and it seems that I upset anyone and everyone which was not my intention.

Gosh, I really hate myself.

Nothing changes does it? Hey ho.

No change physically or emotionally, still! Had my PRP Injection for my shoulder on Tuesday. The pain and mobility are back to what they were last year but they do say that sometimes things have to get worse before they get better. I am seeing my Orthopaedic Consultant on Thursday so we shall see.

Still the same emotionally and physically. Urticaria has swollen my lips and my face today.

No change whatsoever.

Same as ever but have a very heavy feeling in my head. It feels like little electric shocks are going off in it and have a headache. Does not help that one of my cats is poorly and I am always thinking the worst when it comes to them and my husband. Would only wish these constant feelings of dread and anxiety on my worst enemies.

Ditto ditto ditto ditto. Fed up with this.

I feel so empty today. I have felt extreme anger over the least thing, I have been spending again. I feel guilty and ashamed about this so am gorging on chocolate which is making me feel worse. Yet I feel so empty inside.

No change physically or emotionally. Still feel a huge emptiness. If not I feel anger, guilt, shame, upset, panic, anxiety or a mixture of several. Fed up with feeling like this.

Had an appt with a practitioner led clinic (my only link to MH services now). The last time I saw this so called expert he told me to either bide my time until my assessment for DBT or "I really do not know what to suggest". This time I was so low I burst into tears (the first time I have been able to cry in years). His suggestion? What about seeing me in 4 weeks, there is always the Crisis Team (I cannot speak to people over the phone about the state of my MH) out of hours or the Duty Desk (face to face yes but there is the fear that I will see yet another new person who I have to tell my life story to as they do not know me and the anxiety of seeing somebody new again. Helpful? Not really. As useful as a chocolate teapot? Very definitely yes!
