Advice & Tips: I first started out on this years ago with the understanding that it may help the SEVERE migraines that I had been suffering with, at first it was very slow but then it started to help and little by little they started to be more under control. Now I won"t go without it I will do without other things just to make sure I have it, that's how bad they were and how much it's helped!

Advice & Tips: I will ask to quit this because for me it hasn't prevented the migraines enough....ended up at doctor's office yesterday for a shot for one.....and the side effects lost me a month of activity.
