Advice & Tips:
Drink extra water the day before and the day of injection. Get Tylenol, Advil, Motrin or the brand that seems help the most for your type of side effects, in your system for 12-24 hours prior to injection.
I seem to have noticeably less side effects when using my legs as the injection site.
Plan as little as possible the next day, you may wake up feeling ok, or not very well.

Drink a lot of water the day before and the day of injection.
Ibuprofin works better than Tylenol. Again, start taking the day before.
