Advice & Tips: I WOULD GO BACK ON IT IN A HEART BEAT i LOST 16LBS IN 7 MONTHS, BUT BECAUSE THE LAST MONTH i ONLY LOST 1LB I COULD NOT CONTINUE..IN ORDER TO BE ON IT EACH TIME YOU GET IT REFILLED (EVERY 3 MONTHS) FOR ME YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO LOSE AT LEAST 3 TO 5 LBS...BUMMER...AND THIS TIME OF YEAR I REALLY NEED SOMETHING TO HELP ME. WILL TRY TO SEE IF I CAN GO BACK ON IT NEXT MONTH HOPE SO!!!!
