Advice & Tips: Am trying TripleFlex again. This generic isn't working so well anymore. Don't know whether my joints are worsening or supplement isn't working.
Cost: < $25 monthly

Advice & Tips: This Target brand "Up&UP" has been every bit as effective for me as TripleFlex, which was better than FlexoPlex, both of which were much better than generic glucosamine alone. Maybe the up&up works better because the recommended dose is higher, but even with the higher dose, it is only 2/3 the cost per month as the brand names.
Cost: < $25 monthly
