Advice & Tips: This was extremely helpful for my ADHD, it helped me keep motivated and on track with my assignments because I had someone to keep me accountable. My counselor made sure I kept a schedule, and we would set weekly goals then would check up on them the following week. This was from the Disability services at my University.
