Advice & Tips: I started reading books on the train in the morning as a New Year's resolution. I found that spending 20 minutes focusing on one thing energized and focused me way more than reading a few news articles or playing games or browsing facebook. It has a positive impact on my mood, but I think the impact on my ADHD is much more profound. I have a much easier time diving into work and staying focused through the morning, and I notice a difference when I'm not able to read.

Advice & Tips: Just like if you don't work out your body you have to give your brain excercise or else that will deteriorate as well. Also it's something good to do and there's gotta be something out there for everyone to enjoy and read both fiction and non-fiction.
