Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) is an integrative therapy based on ideas from both cognitive and analytic therapies. CAT focuses on understanding the patterns of behavior to learn alternative coping strategies. The therapy is always time-bound, usually to about 16 sessions.
Advice & Tips:
First CAT therapy was last year lasted 10 weeks and did nothing but give me confusion. Second CAT therapy started February much more proffesional been a few breaks and im in my last few weeks i will miss this therapy particulary my Therapist she has been wonderful. I will be having more therapy although maybe not with this therapist
