Dipyridamole is a vasodilator and antiplatelet agent. It is given by mouth with the anticlotting medication, warfarin, to decrease clotting after artificial heart valve replacement. It is used intravenously (IV) when diagnosing coronary artery disease.
Advice & Tips:
The doctors advice was to stop taking persantin and ASA and starttaking clopidogrel.
Clopidogrel is more expensive but 0.5% better and its only one pil instead of 3- And it is asid to have less side effects:)
