Advice & Tips: This worked well for me as like a disconnection from my anxious brain to my body so that at least the physical side effects of stress were reduced or eliminated. However, if you have low-end blood pressure to begin with than that creates the dizzy spells.

Advice & Tips: I had experienced heart palpitations (Supra-ventricular Tachycardia) for a long time before taking this medication for essential tremor. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the SVT stopped as soon as I began taking propranolol.
