What is LEAP Dietary Program?

Category: Nutrition/Diets

LEAP is considered an "elimination diet." The goal is to identify foods and chemicals that one is sensitive to, avoid those and focus dietary intake on the foods one is least sensitive to. LEAP is based on Mediator Release Tests (MRT) for detecting delayed type or Type IV hypersensitivities.
