Dosage: 50000 Daily
Advice & Tips: Initially took this as part of a heavy antioxidant regimen. It's inexpensive and easy to take with no side effects noted, however the research has never shown any benefit. I didn't see the point of continuing this treatment.

Advice & Tips: It was recommended by Dr. Stanley Appel, ALS MD & reseacher ten years ago. I'm not sure why but after ten years I just didn't want to take so many meds. I took 25,000IU twice daily. I couldn't tell any difference taking it or not taking it. Check with ALS clinic MD to see if it's still recommended.
