Advice & Tips: Not being able to tolerate temperatures over 24C affected my ability to enjoy fully our holidays with our children as I shifted my day such that I want out in the early in the morning and in the evening. Being alone to go to the markets and do the shopping before my family woke was not a problem! :)
Side effects: Can't get yardwork done
