Advice & Tips: Start slow and increase until you are getting at least 20 min. per day of increased pulse rate for at least 3 days per week.  There are many added benefits--just do a search "benefits of exercise".

Advice & Tips: I get tremendous enjoyment from this treatment by Mountain Biking, Hiking, and now with the return of snow I was out Cross-Country Skiing today. Getting started is the hardest part, but then as you get fit it becomes easier and fun.
