Advice & Tips: This chiropractor does not use manipulation but a tool that uses a very short push on individual vertebrae to realign them. I did not know of this new procedure before visiting the office and had prepared myself for the twisting, pulling and snapping that seemed to make me worse than better. I had intended on asking for a massage to work out shoulder muscle tension but my first visit consisted of two snaps from his tool to correct a length difference between legs. After the snaps, my legs were equal in length and when I got off the table I felt remarkably better. By the time I got home, the pain and tightness in my shoulder muscles in my back had remarkably been relieved of the tension. I have had two additional visits each only taking the time to find the vertebra, click his hammer tool and get off the table. Each time, my legs length difference has been shorter coming in the office with the hammer tool fixing the problem. While I have fatigue to contend with, I no longer have the low back and shoulder pain that seemed to immobilize me. Only Tim will tell if I get the sharp pain in my low back that seems to set everything back in motion on a very painful, downhill, slide. (This entry not spell-checked.)
