Advice & Tips: The joyful movement for Parkinson's class was exactly what the name implies. However time constraints made it difficult for me to attend. I found more help for my Parkinson's symptoms using a spinning bike which I ride at 80 to 90 RPM for as long as I can.

Advice & Tips: We haven't done dance class most of the summer and probably won't be picking it up again. While he really loved it at first, he seemed to grow bored of it. I think in the year or so he was doing it, they only added a couple songs. So, it was pretty repetitive and I think he just grew tired of it. He does love to dance, though, and loves to do so around the house. So it was really helpful in helping him realize that he really enjoyed dancing.
