Milnacipran is a serotonin/norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) antidepressant. It is used in the treatment of depression and has demonstrated significant improvements in multiple aspects of fibromyalgia, including pain, patient global assessment and physical function.

Advice & Tips: I felt that Savella was very effective in managing FM symptoms, however, with Obamacare, it was too expensive to keep taking it. I gradually weened off the medication, and am now using supplements from Melaleuca and JuicePlus and am doing just as well.
