Advice & Tips: Nice structured schedule with defininte start and end, felt I could see marked progress as opposed to CBT which seemed to just go on and on with no changes in my mood or function. Have come away with ideas to process and work into my daily life that I hope can make positive changes for the future. Feel it will be useful to have some review sessions to make sure I have assimilated all the information and really taken the knowledge I gained to heart.
