Breath stacking refers to methods to increase the amount of air you get into your lungs; increasing what is technically called the inspiratory capacity. It is one small breath upon another to increase the inspired volume (increase the inflation of the lungs).

Advice & Tips: It may be a little difficult to master at first, and it may seem to leave the patient winded, but I recommend persevering. I am certain that it is benefitting my breathing capacity
