Pramipexole is an anti-Parkinson's agent that is used to treat symptoms of Parkinson's Disease, such as stiffness, tremors, muscle spasms, and poor muscle control and for moderate to severe primary restless legs syndrome. It may also be used for the treatment of depression.

Advice & Tips: For a brief time I took this in its XR formula with great success. It seemed not to cause as much daytime somnolence in this form. But it was a 4th Tier drug and my cost for 3 months was $600. I tried it for 3 months & then went to the immediate release. I am struggling with drowsiness & trying to remember the noon dose.
