10 patient evaluations for Verapamil

Feb 24, 2016 (Started Feb 20, 2016)

  • Effectiveness
Slight (for postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome)
  • Side effects
    Severe (headaches)
  • Adherence
    Always
  • Burden
    A little hard to take
Dosage: 120 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: This was the second time I tried to take this med, and four days was all I could possibly manage; the constant headache was severe and debilitating. It did lower my heartrate a little, but not nearly enough to make this a viable treatment for me.
Cost: < $25 monthly
