Advice & Tips: I ran out of Brintellix for several days. The result was obvious increase in depression and increased emotional disarray. It took only two-three days to feel better after starting back up. This anti-depressant is proving as effective as Pristiq and Cymbalta were for me. (Those two lost efficacy with me after 3-4 years. Hopefully this one will be long-standing.

Advice & Tips: When I first started Brintellix I was on 10 mg. for a month. Also, I had nausea and vomited three=four times the first couple months. That side effect dissipated.
