Doxorubicin-cyclophosphamide-paclitaxel-trastuzumab-pertuzumab, also known as AC-THP, is a regimen used for the treatment of breast cancer. It contains the anticancer agents doxorubicin (Adriamycin®), cyclophosphamide, paclitaxel (Taxol®), trastuzumab (Herceptin®), and pertuzumab (Perjeta®).

No patients have reported taking Doxorubicin-cyclphophosphamide-paclitaxel-trastuzumab-pertuzumab (AC-THP).
