Category: Surgeries

Vertebroplasty is a type of spine surgery, a catheter is inserted into the spine space and a cement mixture is injected. This is done to stop the pain caused by a spinal fracture, to stabilize the bone, and restore some of the lost vertebral body height due to a compression fracture.
