Advice & Tips: I used this product whenever I remembered to. Sometime it would help with extreme pain in my muscles, sometimes not. Mostly the best thing was ice packs not heated ones. The nice thing about max freeze is that they have a roll on kind so you don't get it onto your hands and perhaps later your eyes. Not fun in the eyes. Also the container fit in my purse so I kept one at home and one in my purse.
Cost: < $25 monthly
