An amino acid used by cells to create proteins.  Under particular circumstances including stress, cold and fatigue, L-Tyrosine may improve mood and cognitive and physical performance. Under normal conditions there does not seem to be a measurable effect.

Advice & Tips: I switched to Acetyl L-Tyrosine which has the same benefits but better pharmacological properties.

Advice & Tips: Tyrosine was very effective for balance and coordination problems. Before I started taking it I had an average Wii age of 58 (n=20) when taking it my average Wii age dropped to 42 (n=19). My actual age is 70.

Side effects: Indigestion
