Advice & Tips: I have found that it is much more effective if used at bedtime. I use only one dose per day.

Advice & Tips: Must be used every day, year round, if allergy levels are high, like mine. Normal dosage is 2 doses daily, because of dry nasal passages, I can take it only once daily.
